Delivery

There is a standard postage charge of £6.25 on all orders. We send orders via courier (24hrs), which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays.

Click & Collect

Choose to Click & Collect your items with Cyclopaedia Cardiff and you can collect your items the same day, or whenever is convenient for you.

Use of the Click & Collect service is completely free, so you won't be paying for any delivery or logistics costs that usually come part and parcel with delivery to your home.

You'll be greeted by a friendly-face. You'll be given all the necessary information and a bit of advice on your purchase too. If you've any questions about getting the most from your new purchase, then there is no better time to ask then when you collect.
